Don't worry about it; it happens. We need to start posting staff discussion there more, in fact.

Any other suggestions, we want to hear 'em! Even suggest new features we could add that would make you want to be more active.
having a board for general Nintendo, instead of it being wraped up with the board for TNZ discussion, and maybe simplifying the Nintendo system discussion and game series discussion into smaller boards

ease of access to other discussions = more discussion imo
The main board of the systems board actually serves that purpose.

But yeah, maybe we could cut down on a couple of those boards...

A) Has anybody noticed how each occasional new member leaves after a few posts? We need to stop acting crazy and saying inside jokes in every introduction thread (it isnt obligatory to post in every thread with 'oh hi' or 'oh hi again, even though i dont know you that well'), and be inclusive and receptive to all members in discussions, so they can settle in
B) Honestly, considering that this is a Nintendo themed board, Nintendo has been changing alot, and we need to reflect that. More emphasis on casual games, channels, wii-ware, etc. are essential if this is still going to be a Nintendo Forum. This doesn't mean that we need to change everything, but there needs to be some changes, though franchise boards should still be around.
C) Reimplementation of Gold and Ribbons could really improve activity and the quality of discussion.
