...except Unleashed was actually a fucking above average game. Granted it would have been near perfect had it not been for the Werehog, but for what it was, it was still a great game. ITT: The Sonic Cycle is beginning to denote the quality of the games, as opposed to the other way around. |

I have never liked the 3D sonic games, mario made the jump to 3D easily because you can still do a 3D platformer, but in sonic the game is all about speeding through the levels. which in my opinion should be left to 2D, I really liked sonic rush, although it wasn't as good as the originals or the first advance game. so this game just for the fact that it is in 2D or 2.5D means to me that it has more potential than the 3D games |

yeah but I still think the 2D ones are better. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was probably my favorite of the 3D sonic games, but i still say 2D sonic is better than 3D sonic |

3D Sonic was done right in Sonic Adventure and Sonic Heroes (flamebait lol...it was though). Sonic Adventure 2 was a good game, but it didn't feel very Sonic-y (sans characters). I dunno what the hell happened after that, but things picked up with Unleashed, and Needlemouse looks even more promising. And Sonic Rush > Advance by far. Maybe even the very first Sonic too (but not 2 or 3 & Knuckles...those were the absolute best of the best). |

I swear troy, day by day i just learn to like you even more. Exactly correct on this and your other post, I totally agree with everything you said. IDK why other hardcore Sonic fans don't see the greatness in these, all they do is bitch XD although as soon as I get more info about this project I will most definitely bump this thread XD |
