That's Peach's own adventure like Mansion was Luigi's own adventure. So it's not a spin off. Fun game, btw. |

Meh. I still think, save for maybe the Yoshi's Island (I'm still kinda on the fence with those...I mean, they really do seem more like spinoffs, but they explain how the Marios were born, so they're also vital to the storyline...I dunno), my list holds true. I definitely still think Luigi's Mansion was a spinoff, if not for the damn fact that it involved CATCHING GHOSTS in one single mansion (disregarding the bonus mansion after beating the game). Just seems kinda...spinoff-y, to say the least. As for SPP...I dunno, I've never played it. Won't let it change my list either. Ignorance is bliss. <3 |

A spin-off (or spinoff) is a new organization or entity formed by a split from a larger one seeings how Luigi started in the Mario Bros games as a supporting character, him getting his own game would mean that that game is a spin-off. Now this doesn't mean that the game is anything less than other games, i mean in TV, Frasier is just a spin-off of Cheers, and Frasier went on for 11 seasons and was a good show, so i wouldnt feel bad about loving a spin-off game. |
