I myself am starting with Pochama in Pearl and I haven't decided for Diamond. Probaby Hikozaru. Pochama's my favorite though. |

Turtwig, and who uses the japanese names anymore besides the Japenese? The mere fact that you've put the english ones in parentheses saddens me. Not to mention the post. Look, this is an english forum. Use the english names please. |

I can see where you're coming from, but that is only your opinion. My opinion is that I prefer the Japanese names over the English names. I personally think the English names are horrible, but still, that's only my opinion. We all have different opinions. That's just human nature. I have no problem with your opinion, but you don't have to put down mine to support yours. Also, although this is an English forum, I did technically put their English names as they are readable to you, are they not? I've tried to write this as nicely as I possibly can. I mean no offense to you, or any other people who share your opinion. |

The english ones are the ones that are going to be used in the game, terrible or not. Thus, they are the one's I'm going to remember if I remember them at all. It'd be like calling the Wii the Revolution still or clinging to the idea that Vivian (From PM:TYD) is male. |

...You were part of it in the first place? Can't wait untill tommarow (Or the next day should shipping take time), I should note. I'll probably pull some fast trading to end up with all 3 starters under my belt, and Chimchar will probably be my second favorite starter. While Chimchar isn't winning any awards in names, I should think his 3rd evolution, Infernape, more than makes up for that. Edit: Been playing the Ruby Rom I got to avoid having to delete my Saphire file. I've really been looking foward to exploring the land, and subtleties of the advancement through the land. |

^-^ YES! I will be playing in less than 24 hours! I prefer the normal method of only getting one starter myself. Pearl shall be my game of choice in the end most likely, as Sapphire did last generation. |

I'm so angry. Why? Because my copy of Diamond won't ship here until thursday. Worse, I'm leaving Thursday morning for San Antonio, Texas, and won't be back until Monday. That means I'll have to wait EIGHT DAYS after its release before I can play it!  P.S. I have a question. When you put your Game Boy Pokemon onto D/P, will they still be on the game boy game? |
